These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrendNest platform (“Service”), operated by the TrendNest Team from India. By using TrendNest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use TrendNest. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account & Registration
- You must sign in using a valid Google account.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- One person may hold only one TrendNest account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
3. Earning Coins
- You earn 10 coins for each eligible article you read fully (minimum 30 seconds on page and scroll to the end).
- You may claim coins from any given article only once.
- Streak bonuses and leaderboard rewards may be granted at TrendNest’s discretion.
- Any attempt to game, automate, or manipulate coin-earning may result in immediate coin deduction, account suspension, or termination.
4. Redeeming Rewards
- You may redeem 1,000 coins for ₹100 via UPI once eligible.
- Reward claims are subject to admin review and may take up to 7 business days to process.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate UPI ID. TrendNest is not liable for payments sent to incorrect UPI IDs provided by users.
- Reward amounts, thresholds, and rules may be updated at any time. See our Reward Policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with TrendNest.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring coins or accounts.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or emulators to evade detection.
- Posting or distributing harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
6. Content Ownership
All articles, thumbnails, logos, and platform materials are the intellectual property of TrendNest or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the Service — with or without prior notice. Coins and pending claims associated with terminated accounts may be forfeited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TrendNest is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or a specific amount of earnings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendNest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
